| Abstract: | The objective reality of human resources management in Vocational Colleges calls for explore for effective incentive mechanism of Higher Vocational Teachers.This article is based on the modern motivation theory, through the theoretical review and practical analysis, constructed the whole idea of higher vocational teachers, building a vocational teacher incentive and characteristics of higher vocational education path is suggested.And puts forward suggestions to achieve path and the characteristics of higher vocational education teacher incentive. |
