试论毛泽东农业发展战略思想

毛泽东立足于我国“一穷二白”的基本国情。明确提出只有社会主义制度才能保障全国农民摆脱贫困,走上富裕之路。他认为，粮食的增产，不仅是确保几亿人口吃的问题，还关系到能否巩固我国社会主义新政权问题。毛泽东站在我国现代化建设的全局的制高点，明确了农业的国民经济的基础地位，还强调要把农业放在经济工作中首要的地位。尽管毛泽东片面夸大了生产关系的作用，但其农业发展战略的基本思想仍具有现实的指导意义。

VIEWS ON MAO ZE-DONG'S STRATEGIC THOUGHTS OF AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT

Based on China's actual conditions of "Poverty and Blankness",Mao Ze-dong puts forward clearly that only the socialist system can ensure the peasants to get rid of poverty and to live a wealthy life.He thinks the increase of crop production not only solves the food problem for several hundred millions of people but also concerns whether we can consolidate our new socialist regime.Proceeding from the overall situation of China's modernization,Mao Ze-dong makes clear the basic position of agriculture in national economy,emphases the importance of agriculture in the economic work.Though Mao Ze-dong exaggerates one-sidedly the function of relations of production,his agricultural development strategy still has practical significance.
