| 摘 要： | 人权是历史发展的产物,我们必须用历史的眼光来看待人权的变迁。人权也是功利的,作为一种重要的社会理论和制度,人权理念的产生和沿革,是不同客观环境下人们功利的选择。本文主要从历史的角度简要探讨了人权的功利性问题,并以此批驳了所谓人权无国界之说的虚伪性。

| Abstract: | Human rights are the offspring of the history's development,and it is also utilitarian the idea of human rights.Being a kind of sociological theory and system,its creatia and evolution results from the human's utilitarian options.Historical speaking,the article is to give us a brief investigation to the subject of human rights,and refute the hipocricy of so-called transnational human rights. |
