高校科研成果市场转化的法治保障研究

Legislative Proposals on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific Research Achievements in HEIs

The market transformation of scientific research achievements in HEIs is of great importance to China''s economic development and industrial upgrading. However, the current market transformation of scientific research achievements in HEIs is not optimistic. Through the extraterritorial experience, it has been found that the current legislation on the market transformation of scientific research achievements in China is characterized by lagging-behind, weak operation, poor understanding, low level of normative documents and unclear subject. Therefore, it is necessary to amend the legislation, raise the awareness of regulation on market transformation, improve the level of normative documents, and clarify the main body of market transformation in the legislation, so as to improve the environment for the market transformation of scientific research achievements in HEIs, promote the industry -university -research integration and the joint development of economy and science & technology, and achieve the rejuvenation of our country by science and education.
