| Abstract: | With the introduction of the advantages of audio-visual resources protected in the form of digitization in a digital library,this paper describes the whole process of making audio- visual resources and digitizing them,and how to issue the audio-visual resources with the help of the current mainstream technology such as the three-tiered B/S architecture,component technology and stream media technology. |
