电子预印本文献被引用的实证分析

文章利用中国科学引文数据库（CSCD)和中国社会科学引文索引（CSSCI）两个数据库对我国引用E-print资源的数量、时间、频次，主要来源站点及其学科情况进行统计分析，以考察我国对E-print资源的利用情况以及E-print资源在我国学术交流中所起的作用。文章还对国内外主要E-print站点进行了比较，并结合E-print的交流特征和模式，提出了促进我国E-print资源建设的措施。

Empirical Analysis on Citations to E-prints

This paper collects citation data about E-print from CSCD and CSSCI, and the analyzes the quality, time, degree and the main sources of E-prints cited by scholar, aimed to explore the popularity, importance and effect of E-print in scholarly communication. Meanwhile, this paper compares the popularity and features of national E-print sites and well-known international sites, and the puts forward some measures to promote the E-print architecture in China, combined with communication characteristics and mode of it.
