基于建构主义学习理论的企业培训模式研究

摘    要:企业培训是以学习者的特征为出发点,运用学习理论促进学习者对知识意义的建构。文章构建了以学习者为主体的企业培训模式:在培训需求分析时注重组织发展与员工需求的结合、培训课程的设计注重以学员为中心、在培训方法的选择中突出成人学习特点、在培训效果评估中强调能力及素养的考核。
