| 摘 要： | 风险投资是现代资本运作的重要方式，科技投入是实现科技、经济、社会发展的原动力。两者之间存在着内在联系，风险投资与高科技产业的紧密融合实现了其与科技投入的有机结合，科技风险投资的加大对实现我国科技投入机制市场化，促进科技、经济的发展可产生积极的作用。

R&D funds is the source power to develop science,technology,economy and the society.They are related internally,The marriage of venture capital and high-tech industry has brought about a great advance in both of them,and improved the efficency of R&D funds.The growth of venture capital in high-tech in china will make our system of R&D funds more market-oriented, And greatly benifit the development of technology and economy in china. |
