摘    要:20世纪后20年以来,图式理论在外语教学领域受到重视,将图式理论运用于英语听力教学中,充分调动学生的背景知识,并发挥其认知力,可改变传统听力教学模式和听力教学方法的不足,全面提高英语听力教学成效。

Abstract:Schema Theory has been widely applied in foreign language teaching since the last twenty years of 20th century.The application of Schema Theory can also be used in listening teaching.It can arouse the background knowledge that students had in their minds and give students a big help in listening comprehension.Thus,it will be a great remedy for the defects of traditional listening teaching methods and accordingly improve students' listening ability.
