| Abstract: | Education to teachers is to alter the guiding principles, ways of thinking, and strategies of education of teachers colleges by applying a brand-new doctrine of education so that patterns of teachers colleges can be changed dramatically. Local teachers colleges should be free from the constraints of traditional patterns and explore new systems and new patterns propitious to the development of epoch. |
