| 摘 要： | 当前中国,正处于经济转型期,社会群体利益特别是经济利益格局失衡,所以实现经济利益的和谐即经济和谐是当前构建和谐社会的一个紧迫任务。而经济法则是以追求社会整体经济利益的和谐即经济利益的和谐为价值取向的,二者是辩证统一的关系。

| Abstract: | At present,China's economy is transformation stage and there is unbalance of benefits,especially economic interests,among different social groups,so to realize the harmony of economic interests,namely economic harmony,is an emergent task for constructing harmonious society.Economic law aims to seek the harmony of economic interests of the whole society,which is its value-orientation,and the relationship between the harmonious society and the harmony of economic interests is dialectical. |
