| 摘 要： | 村民自治是一项农村基层群众自治制度 ,对立于国家主义而产生。作为村民自治基本法律的《村组法》,其立法、修改、实施与研究仍囿于国家主义法律观的指导 ,由此引发了诸多难以解决的问题。还《村组法》以自治法、控权法的本来面目 ,无疑是我国农村社会主义民主进程中首先需要解决的难题

| Abstract: | Village autonomy, a basic self-government system in the country, is introduced comparatively for nationalism. Organic Law for Village Committee is the basic law for the village autonomy. Its legislation, amendment, implementation and research are constrained by the nationalist law So many unsolvable problems appear. The first problem is to return the true colors to Organic law for Village Committee. That is very important to the process of socialist democracy in the country. |
