| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨糖皮质激素对肾病综合征患儿血清钙、骨源性碱性磷酸酶的影响,了解患儿成骨细胞功能变化.方法:以血清钙、骨源性碱性磷酸酶为参数,对肾病综合征患儿治疗前及治疗后4周血清钙及骨源性碱性磷酸酶进行动态观察.结果:强的松治疗后血清钙及骨源性碱性磷酸酶与治疗前相比有显著差异,治疗后低于治疗前水平血清钙(P＜0.01)、骨源性碱性磷酸酶(P＜0.01)].结论:皮质激素治疗可显著抑制肾病综合征患儿的成骨细胞功能,导致血清钙及碱性磷酸酶水平的降低.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of prednisone to serum calcium and osteo-alkaline phosphatase of children with nephrotic syndrome and their functional changes of osteoblast.Methods: To dynamicaly observe the serum calcium and osteo-alkaline phosphatase of children with nephrotic syndrome before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment taking original serum calcium and osteo-alkaline phosphatase as parameter. Results: The differences of serum calcium and osteo-alkaline phosphatase were significant between before and after treatment were prednisone. The level after treatment were lower than those before treatment.serum calcium(P<0.01), osteo-alkaline phosphatase (P<0.01). Conclusion: The corticoid can remarkably suppress the osteoblast function of children with nephrotic syndrome,leads to reduction of level of serum calcium and osteo-alkaline phosphatase. |
