河北省高职院校协同创新对策研究

加强高校协同创新研究,对推动高职院校办学质量提升、向外延式发展有着重要的意义。河北省高职院校协同创新现状不尽人意,表现为高职院校协同创新机制不健全、办学特色不突出以及协同创新实力不足等方面。为此,河北省高职院校要积极应对,不断提高协同创新能力：一要建立高职院校良好的协同创新机制;二要突出办学特色、确立创新型人才培养目标;三要利用区域产业、科研平台,有效增强高职院校综合办学实力。

Study on Collaborative Innovation Mode of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei Province

It is of significance of strengthening collaborative innovation to promote college quality and extensional type development of the higher vocational colleges. Collaborative innovation of higher vocational colleges in Hebei province is unsatisfactory, which includes： innovation mechanism is not perfect, college characteristics is not outstanding, and innovation ability weak. Therefore, higher vocational colleges in Hebei province should take measures from three perfects： establish collaborative innovation mechanism of establishing good vocational college; highlight the school characteristics, establish training target of innovative talents; use regional industry, and research platform to enhance the comprehensive strength of running school in higher vocational colleges effectively.
