高职院校教师专业发展:内涵特征与分析框架

摘    要:高职教师专业发展有两个向度的含义:一是教师的专业成长过程;二是促进教师的专业成长的过程(师资队伍建设与教师教育),这些构成了高职教师专业发展的分析方向。依据高职教师专业发展的不同向度,本研究构建了高职教师专业发展的分析框架,以期为高职教师专业发展提供分析视角。
