| Abstract: | Shouldering the responsibility of appreciation of state assets,the administrative personnel of state-owned enterprises,compared with other subjects of a crime,have some general characters and some specific characteristics as well.A definition for the criminal responsibility of such managerial staff is of great significance in the establishment of a protection system and prevent state property from being harmed. |
