| 摘 要： | 台湾地区领导人马英九长期对语言文字问题异常重视,多次就岛内语言文字问题发表意见,形成了相对成熟的语言文字观点。在语言上,马英九强调以国语为主轴,尊重方言和原住民语言;在文字上,坚持繁体字,主张"识繁写简",积极推动甲骨文入"世界记忆"和申请汉字为"世界非物质文化遗产"等,强调通过"文教论坛"协商书同文;在拼音上,主张教学以注音符号为主,公共场合,尤其是招牌、路牌名以汉语拼音为主;在对外汉语教学方面,主张设立"台湾书院",与大陆孔子书院共同竞争。马英九的语言文字观实际上也是国民党语文政策的集中体现,这几年得到逐步落实。对于马英九的某些主张,我们认为应区别对待,并研究对策。
