摘    要:在中小学校长培训中,工具理性导向与培训课程选择上的实用主义、培训过程中的社会支配作用与学员的主体性缺失、用物质之律代替人事之律与培训中人被物化等因素会影响培训的工作成效。本文在分析这些因素的基础上,提出了提高中小学校长培训工作成效的若干建议。

Abstract:In the schoolmaster's training, some factors will influence the training achievements such as mechanistic tendency in training goals and utilitarianism in the selection of courses, social manipulation and the absence of learners' role in the course of training, material rules in the place of humanity rules and the people are materialized in the training and so on. Based on the factual analysis, the author has proposed some constructive suggestions for the effective training program.
