| 摘 要： | 探讨了图书馆如何以网络为依托，开拓和深化新的数字化信息服务，注重并进一步提高传统的印刷文本的借阅服务质量。分析了各种服务的具体内容和服务时的注意事项。最后，对图书馆用户服务中的经济问题及与用户的交互问题作了简单的阐述。
