| 摘 要： | 根据选出的评价地区财政绩效水平的指标体系，利用多元统计分析的方法(主成份分析和聚类分析)，对我国3—1个省、市、自治区的财政绩效水平作出了分析和综合评价，并指出了提高地区财政绩效的有效途径。

| Abstract: | In this article, the authors develop an indicator system to appraise the regional financial effect based on the selected index. According to multivariate statistical analisis, they apply the principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis (CA) to the regional financial effect of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. In addition, the authors draw the synthesis evaluation and propose the means of improving the regional financial effect. |
