| Abstract: | Instructors are engaged in the ideology education and behavior management of student.They are the main force in the work of students’ideological and political education,and also the important component of teacher troop.In recent years,the attention to instructors’work that from our country and society distinctly enhanced.And what about the feelings of instructors to their own work？ This article inquires the secrets about how to obtain happiness for instructors,bases on the present situation of the their work. |
