| 摘 要： | 根据时代的发展趋势以及师范院校对教师的要求来讲,教师必须要具备多方面的综合素质、综合能力,从教育教学活动中,逐渐养成教师良好的教学习惯。本文主要是从以下几个方面分析：目的性、方向性、原则性、人格魅力等多方面进行的。通过实现对这几个方面的教育教学,对示范院校内的受教育者彰显着深远的影响,并且实现终身的示范效应。

| Abstract: | According to the development trend of the times and the requirements of normal school to teachers,teachers must have a wide range of comprehensive quality,comprehensive ability,in the education and teaching activities,teachers gradually develop good teaching habits.This article mainly analyzes from the following aspects： purpose,direction,principle,charisma to carriy out.By implementing several aspects of teaching,to highlight the far-reaching impact on the college educated,and achieve life-long demonstration effect. |
