论师范院校教师的示范效应

摘    要:根据时代的发展趋势以及师范院校对教师的要求来讲,教师必须要具备多方面的综合素质、综合能力,从教育教学活动中,逐渐养成教师良好的教学习惯。本文主要是从以下几个方面分析:目的性、方向性、原则性、人格魅力等多方面进行的。通过实现对这几个方面的教育教学,对示范院校内的受教育者彰显着深远的影响,并且实现终身的示范效应。

Abstract:According to the development trend of the times and the requirements of normal school to teachers,teachers must have a wide range of comprehensive quality,comprehensive ability,in the education and teaching activities,teachers gradually develop good teaching habits.This article mainly analyzes from the following aspects: purpose,direction,principle,charisma to carriy out.By implementing several aspects of teaching,to highlight the far-reaching impact on the college educated,and achieve life-long demonstration effect.
