| 摘 要： | 消费者维权时常常要付出高昂的维权成本，究其原因，主要表现在三个方面，即传统观念不尊重权利、法律规定不明确和消费者素质不高，要想降低维权成本，需不断加强法制教育、完善法律制度和提高消费者素质。

| Abstract: | The reasons of high cost in protecting consumers＇ rights are expressed in three aspects：ignorance of the right of individual in Chinese traditional concept, ambiguity of law regulation and low quality of consumers. In order to lower the cost, we should strengthen the education of legal system, perfect the law system and improve the consumers＇ quality. |
