摘    要:加入WTO后,给我国教育带来了相当大的挑战和冲击,而作为素质教育核心的德育就成为当前教育面临的最大困难。高校德育自身的不完善性所产生的矛盾进一步激化,入世后多元化的文化价值观念将更直接更强烈地冲击着高校学子的意识形态。面对这一系列的挑战,德育工作者应认清形势作好德育工作的重心转移,培养学生的团队协作精神、创新意识,树立全球化观念、信息化观念、人本位观念和市场观念。

Abstract:Having joined WTO brings challenges and shocks to Chinese education while it is confronted with the hard nut of moral education with the core of quality education. The conflicts caused by the deficiency of morals education itself in tertiary schools became more severe. Consequently, the value of multi-culture more directly shakes university students' thoughts. Faced with this series of challenge, personnel working on morals education should make a shift of its focus, train the students to value team work and innovation, to adopt the idea of globalization, information, and market.
