试论邓小平的苏联社会主义模式观

苏联社会主义模式在历史上既起过积极的作用，也包含了一系列严重的缺陷和弊端。在我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的新时期，邓小平十分强调以苏为诫，对苏联社会主义模式的历史教训进行了深刻总结：针对缺乏生机、日益僵化的苏联社会主义模式，邓小平提出了建设有中国特色社会主义，并由此形成了全新的社会主义观点；针对苏联高度集中的计划经济体制，邓小平提出了建立社会主义市场经济体制的观点；针对苏联高度集权的政治体制，邓小平提出了改革和完善社会主义政治体制，以建立有中国特色的社会主义民主政治的观点；针对苏联霸权主义、沙主义的对外路线和政策，邓小平提出了在新原则基础上建立国与国、党与党之间新型关系的观点。

Once the socialist pattern of Soviet Union played an active role in the history, but at the same time, there appeared a series of shortcomings and abuses. In the new era of our reform and socialist modernization, DENG Xiao-ping places a particular emphasis on taking warning from Soviet Union. He gives a profound summary on the historic lesson of it's socialist pattern. In view of it's lack of life, DENG advances the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, thus completely new viewpoints about socialism form; in view of the highly centralized planned economy of Soviet Union, he suggests the building of socialist market economy; in view of the highly centralized political system, DENG advocates that we should reform and perfect our socialist political system in order to establish socialist democratic political system with Chinese characteristics; in view of it's revolutionary line and policy of hegemonism and sauvinism, DENG advances his views of building new pattern relationship among countries and parties on the basis of new principles.
