| 摘 要： | 借鉴体育教学论中关于教学法的理论和现代跳远技术的基本特征，在总结多年教学实践经验的基础上，运用实验法对优化后的跳远技术教法进行了实验验证。结果表明：在田径跳远技术教学中，采用由深刻认识现代技术发展的趋势、合理制定教学步骤、准确把握技术教学的难点和重点及其教学手段等组成的优化教法可以显地提高教学效果。
