| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的发展,高校办公室工作越来越显得重要和特殊。因此,办公室人员从主任到普通工作人员都应该立足本职工作,加强自身全面素质修养以适应工作的需要。本文从政治素质、业务素质和身心素质阐述了高校办公室工作人员的素质要求。
