外语教学中的任务教学

摘    要:任务教学是建立在语言学习和课堂教学研究基础上的一种新的教学法。本文试图通过比较研究者们对于任务的不同定义,探究任务教学的性质和内涵,并在综述相关研究成果的基础上,结合中国外语教学的现状,指出在实际运用该教学方法时为了最大限度地发挥其优越性,在任务设计,任务的组织安排以及教师的角色定位等方面应当重视的问题。

Abstract:Task-based Approach is a new methodology compatible with findings of language learning research and classroom-centered research. This paper aims to explore the nature and implications of Task-based Approach by comparing different definitions from researchers in this field. Based on some of the relevant research findings, the author of this paper argues that in view of the status quo of foreign language teaching in China, importance should be attached to issues of task design, task arrangement and teacher’s new role in TBA in order to maximize the benefit from the approach.
