知识经济下对教师素质的理性思考

当人类步入21世纪的时候,一个崭新的时代——知识经济时代也悄然而来。在面对未来的知识经济的发展中,国际间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。这里的人才不同于以往的人才,而是具有时代特征的新型人才。而人才的培养依赖教师,作为培养人才的教师必须具备以下素质:创新教育的能力、终身学习的思想、博专相济的知识面、健全的心理素质等。也只有这样,才能培养出符合知识经济时代要求的新型人才。为此,我们要从多个方面和途径提高教师素质。

Theoretical Analysis on Teachers'' Competences in Knowledge-oriented Economy

In an era of knowledge-oriented economy,the international competition is essentially the competition of talented personnels. These personnels are new types of people who represent many contemporary characteristics which are quite different from that in the past. Teachers in schools play an important role in the education of such personnels. So, teachers must acquire the following competences:the ability of creative teaching,the idea of life-learning,the combination of wide and specific knowledge and well-founded psychological factors. It is by having such teachers that schools may provide the talented personnels to meet the needs of the new age. So we must improve the quality of the teachers in many ways.
