| Abstract: | Because of the limited capacity of people and judicial, the criminal misjudged cases have become a world problem. By introducing and analsizing relief system for the criminal misjudged cases in the United States, we easily find it is worth drawing and absorbing in because of its advance, which may have enlightening role for the construction of china＇s relief system for the criminal misjudged cases. |
