| 摘 要： | 宋代科技人才辈出，科技成果大放异彩，这一切都缘于当时有一个宽松的文教政策、完善的科技教育体制和制度化、规范化的管理模式，其许多成功的经验对当前“科教兴国”战略的实施具有重要的借鉴意义。
