摘    要:随着人文主义心理学的发展,外语教学中的情感因素越来越受到重视。学生积极的情感能创造有利于语言学习的心理状态,但消极情感会严重影响学生们学习外语的效果。本文分析了外语学习中最大的情感障碍——焦虑的形成及原因,并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:With the development of humanistic psychology,more and more attention is given to affect in for-eign language learning.Positive emotions help to create good mentality for students when they are learning a foreign language,while negative emotions usuallyexertbad influence on students.This article tries to anal-yse the contributing factors for anxiety,which are considered to be affective factors that most pervasively ob-structs the foreign language learning process.Based on the analysis,the author proposes some countermea-sures to overcome the anxiety.
