| 摘 要： | 文章提出，在高等学校这个特殊群体的环境中。作为高等学校的保卫部门不但要防范处理教工、学生及与外界所出现的纠纷，更重要的还要履行对教工和学生及家属子弟的教育职能，以真正达到校园环境的安定团结，保证教学、科研、生活秩序的正常进行。
