Perfecting the Ways of Evaluating Classroom Teaching in Order to Improve Its Quality

One important aspect of the quality s upervision and guarantee system in c ollege education is to e-valuate teachers' classroom teaching.This paper analyses the major problems in the evaluation work,puts forward the proposal to set up a scientific evalu ating system with guidelines,perfe cts the ways of classroom teaching evaluation and attaches importance to the roles that the results of evaluation plays so as to improve teaching quality.
