终身教育是实现农村小康社会的根本途径

党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的目标，农民既是全面建设农村小康社会的教育主体，也是建设主体，农村小康社会的实现，对全面建设小康社会具有决定性影响，正确分析和面对农村教育现状，转变农民教育观和农民自主接受教育和学习意识，建立面向农村教育的学习系统，构建农村终身教育体系，是农村教育的有效模式和实现农村小康社会的必然要求和根本途径。

Lifelong Education: Essential Approach to Fulfilling the Prosperity of Society

The 16th Congress of Communist Party put forward the goal of building up a well-off society. And peasants are the main body of education and construction, and the comfortable life in rural areas can decisively influence the prosperity of the whole society. Therefore, facing the present situation in rural education, this paper points out that the effective educational model and fundamental approach to realize the comfortable life in rural areas are based on: changing education perceptions and improving the awareness of self-directed education and learning; setting up a learning system and constructing lifelong education system in rural areas.
