摘    要:中年期是生理上的转变时期,是需要加强保健的时期.中年知识分子应该了解自身机体的发展、变化规律,不断增强自我保健意识,掌握自我养生保健、预防疾病的方法,从而不断增强身体素质,延缓机体衰退的进程,减少疾病的发生,在工作中更好的发挥作用.

Abstract:The middle age is an intellectual's gold period .It means one displays his talent and obtains the period of key to success. In the meantime ,midelle age one is the turn period that physiology is had ,need to strengthen sanitary period . It is known to all that it is a prerequisite with all to process health. So the middle aged intellectual should find out about the development and change law of one's own health and strengthen self-health care consciousness constantly .grasp oneself and keep in good health ,the method to prevent disease . thus strengthen the physique constantly, delay the process with old and feeble organism, reduce the emergence of the disease, the better one functions at work.
