| 摘 要： | 教师资格制度是国家对教师实行的特定的职业许可制度，而教育教学基本能力测试是中等职业学校实习指导教师资格认定工作中非常重要的一环，本主要就测试的总体要求、原则、内容和方法进行了一些初步的探讨。
