摘    要:基于对企业的调查,从民营企业主经营管理的短视化、管理培训的盲目化、离散化等方面,剖析现今我国民营企业管理培训市场存在的问题,提出以价值为核心的经营理念与“以人为本”的人力资源管理理念、诊断与咨询相结合的新型培训模式、注重管理培训的科学化、管理培训方法的创新等策略来提高民营企业管理培训的实效性。

Abstract:Management training is very important to the development of private enterprises Based on the research of enterprises, we analyze problems existed in China's private enterprise management training market from the perspective of shortsightedness of management in private enterprises and the aimlessness and disperse of management training We bring forward some strategies to improve practical efficiency of management training of private enterprises, for example, value-oriented management, people-oriented logos in the human resource management, new types of forms of training combining judgment with consultation, the innovation of management training methods etc
