摘    要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、测量法、实验法等,就健美操教学时少儿身体素质发展及归因指导对健美操教学效果进行了研究。结果表明:少年儿童实施健美操教学有助于其身体素质的提高,尤其是柔韧性素质和力量素质的提高;运用归因指导的心理调控方法引入健美操教学实践,有助于提高健美操教学效果。

Abstract:In this paper, literature, questionnaire survey method, measurement method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and video teaching methods, on physical fitness aerobics teaching on children's development and due to guide the teachir~g aerobics effects were studied. The results showed that: the implementation of children's aerobics teaching can help improve their physical fitness, especially the flexibility and power quality im- provement of the quality; guidance ,m the use of psychological control methods due to the introduction of aerobics teaching practice,help to improve lhe teaching aerobics effects.
