| 摘 要： | 生物医药产业偏好在空间上集聚分布，表现为典型的产业集群特征，学者们也多从集群角度探讨生物医药产业．然而随着生物技术兴起，空间临近优势正逐渐被关系临近优势所取代，生物医药开始出现基于专业化分工的全球开放合作模式．该文基于“行为者-关系-资源”分析框架，认为不同行为主体之间的垂直连接关系、水平连接关系和中介机构的黏合作用是结网的基础，通过人员、技术、知识、设备等创新资源以及有价值的思想、信息在网络中顺畅地流动、扩散与增值，推动创新网络的形成和拓展．

| Abstract: | The distribution of biopharmaceutical industry tends to be in an aggregated way.However,along with the development of biotechnology,an open global partnership model has come into being,and accordingly the space advantage is gradually replaced by the partnership advantage.This paper,with a reference to the 'Actors-Resources-Activities' analytical framework,attempts to explore the generation of biopharmaceutical innovation network by analyzing partnerships among different actors. |
