| 摘 要： | 本文根据试验结果，拟合了安庆地区尾张温州蜜柑生长后期果实的可溶性固形物，可滴走酸含量及固酸比变化的数学模型，并结合果实外观变化，确定了安庆地区温州蜜柑最适采收成熟度的综合指标为：可溶性固形物含量达１１％．固酸比为１０：１，着色部分占果实总面积的３／５。

| Abstract: | The article, based on experimental results, drafted the mathematical formula of rate change in soluble solids, soluble acid and solid acid of Wenzhou Oranges in its late period in Anqin Prefectrue, and determined, according to outward changed. that the best Wenzhou-Orange-Picking indexes are: if% of soluble solids, 10% of solidacid and the colored part of three-fifths of the whole. |
