| Abstract: | The education department of the local normal universities and teachers colleges are confronted with the situati that the graduates' having difficulty in finding job, changing job easily, and at the same time high demand of postgraduates Therefore, they blindly reduce the enrollment of undergraduates and expand the enrollment of postgraduates, but the simple method which is just for short-term interests will cause a deeper survival crisis. |
