| Abstract: | The farmers' quality has a very tremendous influence on the speed、the direction、the level of shifting of the surplus labor of countryside and the success or failure of shifting as well as the social influence of shifting and so on.Presently,the farmes' quality of our country is low overall,and it has become the main barrier of the shifting of the surplus labor in country. |
