| 摘 要： | 调查显示：我国中东部地区青少年性犯罪既有同一性也有差异性，其共同的原因除了社会不良风气影响、社会转型期道德失范，更多的源自性教育的缺失。因此制止和预防青少年性犯罪要从源头抓起，要建立学校、家庭、社会三维立体防御系统；启动青少年自我免疫、自我保护系统；弘扬网络道德、构建绿色网络空间；调动法律矫正和治理作用。使青少年安全度过“青春躁动期“和”心理断乳期”，获得良好的性心理认知，培养健全的人格和修养。

| Abstract: | Investigation showed that there exist identity and differences of youngsters sexual offenders in the eastern part in our country. Their common causes are unhealthy society tendencies and the impact of anomie and moral society in transition. Besides, more are from lack of sex education. Therefore the suppression and prevention of youngsters sexual crime must start from problems at its source, it is necessary to set up schools, families, society three-dimensional defense system and start youth self-immunization. |
