| 摘 要： | 围绕2009年第二届全国地方大学发展论坛“地方大学发展面临的困难、存在的问题及其对策；地方大学在建设创新型区域和创新型国家中的地位和作用”的主题，就论坛有关论文的主要观点，从地方大学可持续发展遭遇的障碍，地方大学在区域和国家创新中的作用、地方大学如何在地方经济社会中求得生存和发展等几个方面，进行了归纳提炼和综合。本届年会盛况空前，中心议题突出，气氛活跃，取得了圆满的成功。

The annual grand occasion is unexampled, the center issues are outstanding, the atmosphere is lively, and satisfactory success is achieved. |
