论高校教学档案的信息化建设

教学档案电子信息化是现代化档案管理的必然趋势。目前，高校电子教学档案管理还处在初级阶段，要认识到它的重要性，做好基础设施的投入工作。根据电子文件的特性、特点，制订统一、规范、系统的档案管理制度，采取科学的存储方法，在网络环境中重点抓好教学档案信息数据库、信息资源共享的建设，以服务于经济建设和社会发展。

On Information Construction of Colleges and Universities Teaching Files

Electronic information on teaching files is the inevitable tendency of the modern files management. The management of collages and universities electron teaching files is still on the initial stage. We should realize its importance, perform the investment on infrastrueture well, make unitive, normative and systemic files management system according to electronic files characters, use scientific storing methods and construct the teaching files information data and the information sharing system to serve the economic and social development.
