| 摘 要： | 战国时期的法家思想家韩非对君与臣的关系进行了很深入的思考，对以往历史经验进行了系统的总结和探讨，达到了当时最高的理论水平。从君与臣关系的实质、君对臣的控制、君与臣的矛盾等三个方面对韩非的君臣观进行考察，可以揭示其君臣观的实质和具体内容。

| Abstract: | Han Fei, the legist thinker in the Warring States Period, gave fairly profound consideration on the relation between the monarch and the subjects, making systematic summary and explorations on previous historic experiences to reach the highest theoretical level of the time. By reviewing from the essence of the relations between the monarch and the subjects, the control of the monarch over the subjects, and the contradiction between the monarch and the subject, the essence and actual contents of his view on monarch and subject can be revealed. |
