乾隆时期皖北地区灾荒及其危害

通过对现有史料的分析与总结发现,乾隆时期,皖北地区曾多次发生水灾、旱灾、地震、雹灾、蝗灾,其中,以水灾最为频繁。自然灾害的频发对皖北地区的农业生产造成巨大破坏,致使大量人口死亡、劳动力减少,同时也使当地民众的物质财富备受损失,对本区域的政治安定、经济发展、社会进步带来诸多不利影响。这也促使统治者不断完善各项荒政措施,以降低自然灾害造成的破坏。

Northern Anhui Famine and the influence in Qianlong Period

Through the analysis and summary of existing historical data ,it is found that northern anhui has repeatedly occurred floods ,droughts ,earthquakes ,hail ,locusts during the Qianlong period ,among w hich , floods are the most occurrence .Frequent natural disasters cause enormous damages to northern Anhui agri-cultural production ,reducing a large number of population and labor force ,local people＆#39;s material wealth is al-so lost enormously ,w hich all bring great harm to the region＆#39;s political stability ,economic development and so-cial progress .This has prompted the rulers to improve policies in order to reduce the damage caused by natu-ral disasters .
