摘    要:课程改革是时代发展的必然需求,是教育改革的一项重要内容,它在本质上是文化的变革,文化作为课程的母体决定了课程的文化品性。文化冲突是课程改革的重要原因,文化调适是课程政策调整的重要依据。课程改革相关策略的制定应结合我国的物质文化、思想文化、政策文化三个方面综合考虑。

Abstract:The reform on curriculum,an inevitable trend with the development of the times and a major part of the reform on education,is in itself the reform on culture,which,as the essence of curriculum,determines its cultural characteristics.Cultural conflict leads to the reform on curriculum.Cultural adjustment is the important basis for policy changes of the course.The researcher tries to analyze the present condition and relevant strategies of the implementation of curriculum reform from the perspectives of material culture,spiritual culture and policy culture.
