高校旅游管理专业教学质量评价的实证研究

摘    要:在借鉴服务质量评价模型SERVQUAL和SERVPERF的基础上,结合高等教育和旅游管理专业本身的特性,构建了高校旅游管理专业教学质量的评价体系,并以南京某高校旅游管理专业三年级和四年级的学生作为问卷调查的对象,应用重要性-绩效分析法对该高校旅游管理专业教学质量进行评价分析,并对其教学质量的提高提出对策建议。

Abstract:Based on the features of higher education and tourist management speciality,the paper develops a teaching quality evaluation system to the tourist management speciality in universities and colleges in the frame of SERVQUAL and SERVPERF model.The surveys based on the proposed evaluation system are conducted and the survey data is collected from the self-administered questionnaire to some junior and senior students in the department of tourism management in a universities in Nanjing..The sample data is analyzed by importance-performance analysis method and some suggestions for improving the teaching quality of tourism professional courses are given.
